Stella is frigid and Fabrizio is to resort to a brothel. On one occasion he finds his there and they share Nicolette. All the names and characters are from the novel (Don Fabrizio, Tancredi, etc.) but the plot barely resembles the original. (The leopard - Il Gattopardo - is the family coat-of-arms of the princes of Salina.
