It's not uncommon to hear that a young boxer's early life was traumatic and how boxing gyms have helped channel negative energy into positive challenges for wayward lads. Such is the case with Lee whose parents split when he was very young and kick-started a life of aggressive behaviour. Lee's was virtually a gangster and subsequently his fled with the unfortunately into the arms of another man who would go on to beat young Lee regularly. Lee bided his time and when he turned fourteen and was strong enough he beat the living daylights out of his stepdad, left the home and left school. Boxing saved Lee and he went on to achieve some good success on the circuit as a featherweight fighter and was noted for being able to punch way above his weight he often knocked his opponent out in friendly practise sessions too. Lee's adventurous and fearless nature has got him into lots of trouble in his hometown but meant he was pretty open minded exploring the nightlife of London particularly Soho for some interesting new thrills, which is how we met him.
