Mr. Stryker was a busy man, what with a growing business and all. First, it was just one property, but he has expanded and maintains even more now. The clientele he was attracting did wonders in terms of promoting his business by word of mouth, so much so that he hasn’t had many issues in terms of finding people to rent to. There was one type of customer that Stryker was particularly fond of however, the younger petit sized lads running around that winked back at him from time to time.
One of those boys was none other than Grant, a fresh-faced twink who was renting out one of Mr. Stryker’s vacant properties and just so happened to share with his landlord that he was gay. It was hard enough to try to resist the adorable younger man who was so happy to have found a place of his own, but to then open up to him and confirm that their constant game of cat and mouse while holding one another’s eye contact was not a mere coincidence. The young jock was a lot of fun to play with and even though the older man kept Grant in his thoughts, he still did his best to hold back and remain professional. All the while waiting for an opportunity to present itself in a more organic manner.
Thankfully, something along those lines was right around the corner! As the weather took a turn and the heat began to spike a bit more than usual, causing most to adjust their air conditioning to accommodate for the influx. When Grant went to do exactly that however, he noticed that the temperature in the room wasn’t going down at all, but rather plateauing at a constant temperature.
As the beads of sweat began to form between the twink’s brows in frustration, he remembered that Mr. Stryker was just a maintenance call away. Grant smiled to himself as the thought of having the tall hung top back in his living space again as he grabbed his phone and found the number amidst his contacts.
